Attention all roofers:

• #15 lb. felt is required under all new and stripped roofs.
• A strip of ice and water type membrane is required on all eave edges.  It shall extend from the eave's edge to a point at least 24 inches inside the exterior wall line of the building.
• Asphalt shingles shall have the minimum number of fasteners as required by the manufacturer.
• During the process of your roofing job, please call for an inspection to verify these Building Code requirements.
